Loveless Insanity

Always loving,

but never being loved.

Tear drops—

uncontrollable inner sadness,

never surfacing.

Deep beats within your heart

that aren’t felt.

A motionless motion:

walking but not moving,

paralyzed.

Smiling and frowning—

what a concept.

Laughing through sadness.

Opening your heart,

yet never letting emotions in.

Spinning in circles,

searching for meaning

in a world without return.
